As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end coordination of shipments throughout North America. This position will involve mentoring team members, handling high-priority shipments, optimizing carrier selection, and ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders, including clients, carriers, and international teams. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mississauga, with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Lead and oversee the planning and execution of shipment coordination across North America. Monitor and ensure timely load tendering, dispatch, and delivery. Verify accuracy of commercial documents (e.g., bond and invoice reconciliation).

Source cost-effective carrier solutions while maintaining service quality. Perform administrative tasks,



data entry, and reporting as required. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. ~ 2 - 4 years of experience in transportation or logistics coordination, preferably in a 3PL environment is an asset. ~ Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (Truckmate) and Microsoft Excel is an asset. ~ Proven expertise in managing end-to-end brokerage operations for cross-border freight between the US and Mexico. ~ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for cross-border coordination. ~ You must have flexibility to work on Canadian statutory holidays to support our U.Personal Attributes: Leadership & Team Support –Ability to guide others and assist in training and escalation handling.
