We are a busy surgical practice, looking for a highly motivated, dedicated, reliable person, for position of medical office assistant. Position can possibly be full-time for the right candidate .

Duties will include

- answering phones, directing calls, and taking messages.
- MCIB/WCB/and private billing
- booking and confirming all office appointments and surgeries
- data entry of all referral letters
- assist physician with exams and procedures
- read and distribute e-mails
- order and maintain inventory of office supplies

-typing office dictations

Education and Experience

- office education/medical office training is essential
- experience using Accuro EMR
- wages are based on experience/education

Skills and Abilities

- punctuality and reliability are essential
- strong communication skills and phone etiquette required




- ability to prioritize/strong organizational skills
- candidate must possess a skilled and friendly nature
- proficiency in MCIB/WCB/private billing
- knowledge of Accuro and Word
- typing 60+ wpm
