Job Overview The Medical Office Assistant plays a crucial role in our clinic, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team.

This position is responsible for a wide range of duties including but not limited to,

- greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy at the front desk
- scheduling appointments and managing patient flow efficiency
- verify patient information and update electronic medical records
- pre-appointment preparation (screening, blood pressure, weight etc.)
- support clinical staff with administrative tasks as required

This is a full time, temporary position with the chance of becoming a full-time permanent position. The Ideal Candidate
