Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. You will develop talent pipelines of passive candidates within targeted markets. You will come with a strong background in agency recruitment and a proven ability to identify and engage top talent through proactive sourcing strategies. ~ Strong headhunting and networking background, leveraging direct outreach and referrals as core recruitment tools ~ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ~ Applicants selected for an in-person interview will be asked whether specific accommodations are needed to support a personal disability.
