Recruiter – Permanent, Full-Time At Book Depot Inc., We’re looking for a Recruiter who thrives on finding and hiring the right people, while balancing speed, quality, candidate experience and scalable hiring practices across the business. You won’t just fill roles, you will build pipelines, strengthen decision-making, and directly impact business performance through outstanding hiring. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 and is an in-office role.

Full-Cycle Recruitment · Deliver timely, high-quality hires while maintaining a robust candidate experience Pipeline and Sourcing Strategy · Build proactive, sustainable candidate pipelines, especially for high-volume roles · Quality, Compliance and Documentation · Continuous Improvement · Identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve recruitment processes · Use data to refine hiring strategies and reduce risk · Contribute to scalable,
