Job Title: Senior Recruiter Position Type: Full time, Contract About the Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organization based in downtown Vancouver to find a driven and strategic Senior Recruiter to join their internal Human Resources team. In this role, you will partner directly with executive leadership and department managers to lead end-to-end talent acquisition initiatives, enhance the company’s employer brand, and build high-performing teams to support corporate growth. This role is an in-office, 2 month contract with an immediate start date.

Strategic Sourcing & Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, active networking, cold outreach, and job boards) to attract top-tier talent across various business units. Full-Cycle Recruitment: ATS & HRIS Management: Maintain real-time candidate pipelines and accurate records within enterprise ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Taleo).





Industry Best Practices: Stay current with market intelligence, recruitment compliance, and emerging HR technology trends.

Proven Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience as a Senior Recruiter, in-house or agency. Demonstrated mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, proactive candidate mapping, and outbound cold engagement techniques.

ATS/HRIS Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, or equivalent enterprise systems.

Communication & Relationship Building: Compensation Rate: $35.80 - 51.28 hourly.
