Role: Field Supervisor The Field Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for leading field crews while actively participating in project execution. This individual will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently,



and in accordance with customer specifications. Lead and supervise field crews.

Industrial degreasing Temporary hoarding installation Industrial coatings application Industrial vacuuming High-pressure water jetting Coordinate field activities with the Field Coordinator. Maintain quality standards and safe work practices. Complete daily documentation and communicate project progress.

Report to the Field Coordinator and upper management.

Experience supervising industrial maintenance or coating crews. Familiarity with Vale, Glencore, and Sudbury Basin industrial sites is preferred. Must not currently be banned or restricted from accessing any Ontario mining sites.

Willingness to travel and work out of town when required. Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; however, hours may vary depending on customer and project requirements. 34.00–$40.00 per hour Company phone RSP matching / pension program Overtime paid after 40 hours per week Two (2) weeks paid vacation
