Graybar Metal Works specializes in fabricating and installing custom railings for high-end homes in the Lower Mainland. We're looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as a Grinder and Installer.

If you have a passion for precision, a strong safety mindset, and enjoy working in a team-oriented setting, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

- Perform final grinding of aluminum and stainless steel.
- Work in construction zones for new homes, interior spaces, and at heights.
- Install railings in low-rise buildings and private homes.
- Safely load, unload, and transport railings and glass.
- Drive and handle company trucks with care.

What We’re Looking For:

- A team player with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Someone with excellent safety habits and the ability to maintain an orderly workspace.
- Experience with tools like drills, saws, hammer drills, etc., is a plus.
- Construction experience is an asset but not required.
- Languages:



English is required; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
- A valid Class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle.
