Join TPH as a Senior Business Applications Developer and lead Finance Systems modernization with Microsoft technologies. Engage directly with business needs through a practical, hands-on approach in a hybrid setting. This role, embedded within the Finance team, aims to translate detailed financial requirements into effective Microsoft-based solutions.

You will oversee the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, enhance integrations and reporting, and ensure accurate data management. Collaborating with the Digital Solutions team, you’ll focus on building secure, efficient workflows that will enhance the Finance department's capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Finance's transition from Microsoft Dynamics GP to Business Central
- Customize Business Central to meet finance requirements




- Support data reconciliation and reporting transition
- Build automated processes and integrations for Finance
- Create and validate Power BI datasets for reporting needs Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central
- Expertise in AL programming and Business Central development
- Understanding of finance workflows and reporting processes
- Experience with Power BI and data accuracy verification
