Key Responsibilities

- Lead efficiency in multi-discipline cost estimations
- Manage estimates for PEA, PFS, and execution stages
- Collaborate on civil, structural, and mechanical estimating
- Validate construction documents and pricing
- Interface with clients for scope alignment

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of estimating experience
- Multi-discipline project experience preferred
- Professional certifications in estimating are a plus
- Strong analytical and client-facing skills
