Can you bring an idea to life across video, design, and everything in between?
Multimedia Content Producer
Liquid Rubber makes waterproofing and protective coatings that help homeowners tackle big projects with confidence. Sealing a roof, protecting a deck, winterizing an RV, or keeping a garden bed intact. Our content is what turns "I have no idea how to do this" into "I've got this," and we're growing the team behind that content.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives on variety, moves quickly between formats, and genuinely cares about whether the finished piece will land with a real person doing a real project.
What You'll Build and Own
You'll sit at the center of our creative output — taking briefs and turning them into finished video, scroll-stopping ads, blog graphics, and marketplace visuals. Some days you're editing a product launch video. Other days you're building static ad creative or designing imagery for a blog post. The goal is simple: the more ground you can cover, the faster we get quality content out the door.
You'll work closely with our Director of Content and Content Manager. Specifically, you will:
- Edit raw shoot footage into polished how-to and marketing videos — applying captions, lower thirds, and on-screen text per brand standards
- Produce 2–3 hook variations per video batch for A/B testing across Meta, Amazon, and YouTube
- Build static ad creatives — testimonial, benefit callout, application — and resize for every placement
- Create blog header images, YouTube thumbnails, and social graphics
- Produce image stacks and marketplace visuals for Amazon and Home Depot listings
- Generate and refine AI b-roll footage from creative briefs (Veo, Sora, or equivalent)
- Organize finished assets with consistent file naming and Drive folder structure
- Move tasks through the production pipeline — brief to in-production to ready to hand off
You'll have real creative input here — not just execution. We want your instincts on what will actually land with our audience, not just your hands on the keyboard.
What Success Looks Like In the first 6 months, success looks like:
- You have a solid grasp of the Liquid Rubber product line and can interpret a new brief without needing every step spelled out
- Video content is being produced consistently and on-brand with fewer revision rounds over time
- Ad creative is moving faster — the gap between brief and launch is shorter than when you started
- Content is being reused across multiple channels: an RV roof video becomes a YouTube cut, short clips,
an email visual, and a paid ad
- You've developed a working rhythm with the Content Manager and the broader team
- Assets are organized, named consistently, and easy for anyone on the team to find and use
Who You Are
You are a finisher. You take a rough brief, make decisions along the way, and deliver something polished on the other side — without needing every step spelled out.
You move quickly without cutting corners. You know the difference between "done" and "valuable enough to post," and you hold yourself to the higher standard even when no one is watching.
You are genuinely curious about DIY, home improvement, and practical problem-solving. You don't need to be a waterproofing expert — but you need to be the kind of person who watches a how-to video and actually understands what's happening. That understanding is what makes content feel real instead of generic.
You are also a strong collaborator. You take creative direction well, share ideas, and know how to tell the difference between the two.
This Role Is a Fit If You
- Get energy from variety — different formats, different projects, different challenges in the same week
- Can watch a brief turn into a finished piece and feel proud of the gap you closed
- Think "I could make that better" when you watch other brands' content
- Want to work on a brand that sells real products to real people doing real projects
- Are comfortable with ambiguity — a loose brief doesn't paralyze you
- Take ownership of your work rather than waiting to be told every next step
This Role Is Not a Fit If You
- Need a single defined lane — video only, or design only
- Wait for detailed instructions before starting anything
- Struggle to switch between creative modes quickly
- Want to work remotely without meaningful connection to the team
- Prefer to keep a comfortable distance from feedback and revision
- Think "good enough" and "done" are the same thing
What You Bring

- Able to move quickly across multiple active projects without losing quality
Nice to have
- Experience creating content for e-commerce or online marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify)
- A track record of working across multiple content formats for one brand
- Comfort working with video and image generation tools
- An interest in DIY, home improvement, or hands-on project content
