We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join a high-volume Mutual Fund Operations team. This role is responsible for processing mutual fund and segregated fund transactions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict service-level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Process a wide range of mutual fund and non-financial transactions including: Account openings and maintenance, Investor and address changes, Purchases, redemptions, and switches, Direct trade and wire order placement and settlement, Non-complex NIGO processing
- Reconcile and settle daily trades.
- Monitor and clear workflow queues within established SLAs.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure transaction accuracy.
- Process daily deposits and cheque transactions.
- Investigate and resolve transaction exceptions and operational issues.
- Audit transactions, identify process improvements, and provide feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Assist with updating operational procedures and documentation.
- Support operational projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Mutual Fund, Segregated Fund, Transfer Agency, Wealth Operations, Investment Operations, or Financial Services Operations.
- Recent graduates with robust financial services knowledge may also be considered.
- Strong understanding of Mutual Fund administration and transaction processing.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis, and reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- FundSERV experience.
- Unitrax Recordkeeping System experience.
- Knowledge of Mutual Fund and Segregated Fund operations.
- Knowledge of registered products, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- IFIC Mutual Funds Operations Course.
- French language skills (spoken and/or written).
