Role description

NET Developer Lead responsible for designing developing and delivering scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft NET stack The role involves technical leadership solution design team management and delivery ownership across multiple projects

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Lead the design and development of applications using C NET Core ASPNET Core Web API

Define architecture design patterns and coding standards

Review code ensure best practices and maintain highquality deliverables

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team

Solution Design Development

Design and develop scalable secure and highperformance applications

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

Work on database design and performance optimization SQL ServerOracle

Ensure application security authenticationauthorization data protection

Project Delivery Management

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements

Estimate plan and track development activities

Ensure timely delivery aligned with AgileScrum methodologies

Manage risks issues and dependencies

Cloud DevOps Enablement

Work with Microsoft Azure services App Services Functions Storage

Implement CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps Jenkins

Support deployment release and environment management

Team Stakeholder Coordination

Lead a team of developers onshoreoffshore

Coordinate with QA DevOps business analysts and PMO teams

Facilitate technical discussions and client interactions

Required Skills Competencies

Core Technical Skills

Strong experience in C NET Core NET 6 ASPNET MVC Web API

Expertise in REST APIs microservices architecture

Handson experience with Entity Framework LINQ SQL Server

Knowledge of OOP concepts SOLID principles and design patterns

Frontend Integration Preferred

Experience with Angular React JavaScript

Understanding of Blazor or up-to-date UI frameworks

Cloud DevOps





Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services

Experience with CICD pipelines and Git version control

Exposure to DockerKubernetes preferred

Testing Quality

Experience in unit testing frameworks NUnitxUnitMSTest

Debugging performance tuning and security best practices

Benefits

Compensation range: $65.00 to $75.00 per hour
