You will analyze failure data and warranty issues, collaborating with customers and teams to improve Mean Distance Between Failures and fleet efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach to resolving product issues and enhancing service reliability through occasional travel. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze failure trends and monitor product design risks
- Review FSAR and SWAT issues for proactive solutions




- Partner with customers to support contractual obligations
- Coordinate access to fleet data across teams
- Develop service instructions for field staff Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Service Cloud
