A Front Desk at Residence Inn/Fairfield by Marriott Winnipeg is the face of our 260 room property. You must have exceptional time management and communication skills.

Our Front Desk Associates are also polite and professional to everyone they deal with: guests, visitors, vendors and co - workers.

This is a very fast-paced environment, and we are looking for those special personalities that are eager to learn and be capable of multi - tasking. You will be standing for your entire shift, so you need to have lots of energy as well. Our Front Desk Associates are willing to jump - in and "get things done". Some of your Job Duties are:

Welcomes guests

Answers phone calls and transfer to appropriate department(s).

Assists guests in making reservations.

Processes guest check - in and check - out

Assigns rooms and suites to guests.

Reviews customer billing statements; processes payments

Resolves customer issues and complaints

Provides directions to local attractions in Winnipeg and surrounding area to hotel guests

Commitment to learning required Marriott Training

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
