Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role located in Toronto, ON.

The Nurse

Practitioner will provide direct patient care, conduct health assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include prescribing medications, developing treatment plans, educating patients on health management, and maintaining accurate patient records.



The role emphasizes delivering compassionate care and promoting patient well-being in alignment with current medical practices and guidelines.

Qualifications

- Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Patient Care: Skills in patient education, health promotion, and managing chronic conditions.
- Medical Knowledge: Proficiency in prescribing medications and understanding medical guidelines and standards.
- Documentation: Attention to detail in maintaining accurate medical records and reports.
- Team-oriented Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Relevant Certifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in Ontario and certification in Advanced Practice Nursing.
