We are seeking dedicated and compassionate On Call Supply Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing support within educational settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing environment for all students. As a Christian childcare, we are looking for loving supply educators that can help support our mission.
Duties
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering educational programs and activities.
- Provide care and support for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Educate children through engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting teaching methods and materials as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education or caregiving is preferred.
- Familiarity with working with children, particularly those with disabilities, is a plus.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help children learn and grow.
- Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and needs on short notice.
- Previous experience in a classroom setting is advantageous.
