Responsibilities will range from erecting forms to assisting with demolition activities. No formal education is needed, making it accessible for new workers. Key Responsibilities:

- Mix, pour, and spread building materials like asphalt
- Assist in constructing houses and erecting roofs
- Direct traffic to ensure safe site operations
- Clean and organize salvaged materials for reuse
- Remove all debris to maintain a secure work environment Requirements:
- Must communicate effectively in English
- Experience of less than one year in construction
- Physically fit for site work demands
- Ability to adhere to safety guidelines
