About the OpportunityAbra 3 Consulting is seeking experienced professionals interested in business coaching, personal development, leadership, and professional growth.

We work within the personal development and digital education sector, connecting individuals with established educational programs and resources designed to support personal, professional, and business development.

This remote prospect is suited to individuals who enjoy working with people, having meaningful business-focused conversations, and helping others explore opportunities for growth. You’ll have access to established systems, training, and mentorship while maintaining the flexibility to organize your own schedule.

This is a self-employed, independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation.

What You’ll Be DoingAs an Online Business Coach, you’ll connect with individuals interested in personal, professional, and business development.

Your responsibilities will include

· Conducting scheduled phone and Zoom conversations with prospective clients

· Helping individuals identify goals, priorities, and areas for personal or professional development

· Introducing relevant digital education and personal development programs

· Building relationships and following up with interested individuals

· Using established communication, marketing, and business development systems The role combines coaching-style conversations, relationship building, and consultative sales. You’ll focus on understanding each individual’s goals and providing information that helps them determine whether available programs are appropriate for them.

Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for professionals who:

· Have strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills

· Bring professional experience in business, leadership, management, consulting, sales, marketing,



education, coaching, or client services

· Are comfortable managing their own schedule and working independently

· Have an interest in personal development, leadership, and continued learning

· Are self-motivated and comfortable working toward individual results

Experience in coaching, consulting, business development, sales, client management, entrepreneurship, or similar professional environments can be beneficial.

Previous online coaching experience is not required. Training and mentorship are provided.

How You’ll WorkThis is a fully remote opportunity with flexibility in how you organize your work.

You’ll manage your own workflow, schedule conversations, complete follow-up activities, and participate in ongoing training and development. A commitment of approximately 10–15 hours per week is recommended for individuals beginning on a part-time basis.

You’ll work independently while having access to established resources, digital tools, communication frameworks, and ongoing qualified support.

CompensationThis is a 100% performance-based, commission-only opportunity under a self-employed, independent contractor structure.

Compensation is based on individual results within an established compensation plan. There is no fixed salary or hourly wage.
