Join UHN's team and make a difference as a part time General Practitioner focused on pediatric oncology. You'll play a vital role in supporting cancer survivors' transition to wellness. Based at Princess Margaret Hospital, UHN seeks a dedicated General Practitioner for its Pediatric Aftercare Program.

This role involves working directly with young cancer survivors in a Survivorship Clinic, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety and self-esteem post-treatment. Your insights will guide comprehensive care strategies, utilizing evidence-based practices. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with pediatric survivors in clinic sessions
- Develop tailored follow-up plans based on guidelines
- Organize patient investigations and referrals




- Maintain ongoing communication with primary care providers
- Work primarily in-person, with virtual options available

Requirements:

- Member in good standing with medical regulatory bodies
- Experience in cancer treatment is highly desirable
- Passion for delivering compassionate patient care
- Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills for busy clinical settings
