Amperesand is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Reno IT team full-time. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, supporting employees across hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity to keep systems running smoothly.
You will install and configure workstations, manage device enrollment, and assist with security and onboarding/offboarding tasks while delivering friendly, transparent support to staff with varying technical skills.
