Job Title : Oracle Cloud Techo-Functional Analyst
Location: Downtown Toronto, 3 days onsite
Duration : 3-6 months temp to hire
This position is critical to advancing the company’s objectives in data integration, customer service, distribution, and financial operations within Oracle Fusion Cloud and associated business processes.
The Oracle
Techno-Functional Analyst will design, implement, and maintain system enhancements for Oracle Cloud ERP, while supporting strategic business projects. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, the analyst will identify improvement opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions to drive business growth and elevate customer service, with a primary focus on Supply Chain Management areas.
Essential Functions
Platform And Process Optimization – 50%
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to maximize system functionality, streamline business processes, create efficiencies, and facilitate automation.
- Support and lead new and existing users in the implementation of Supply Chain and financial enhancements, providing project management services as individual contributor, team member or leader depending on the scope of the change.
- Provides expertise in Oracle Cloud software functionality, identifying system solutions to business issues and requests.
- Work closely with IT teams to support compliance and governance for all changes. Works with IT technical support teams for daily operations of Oracle business systems, includes issue research and resolution, change management and escalation to the technical team or Oracle when necessary.
System enhancements and deployment – 50%
- Works closely and liaises with IT teams supporting integrations (middleware) and other applications such as CRM and other ERPs to support Oracle Cloud system solutions
- Support users in identification of test cases and building robust testing and deployment plans.
Areas of expertise include fit/gap analysis; planning, design and configuration; testing, training and support.
- Leads implementation or enhancements for business solutions by coordinating with development and governance teams to document functional specifications, assist with configuration, conduct testing, provide training, write documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Support and lead new and existing users in the implementation of Supply Chain enhancements and projects by
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
- Configure and support Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including S2P, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements
Minimum Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelors Degree in IT or Business or similar
- Five (5) or more years of professional experience in Oracle ERP with a minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, across multi functions and business processes including Finance and Supply Chain functions
- Mission-oriented with ownership mindset and leadership capabilities to drive incident management and resolution
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, commitment to execution in a rapidly changing and evolving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with and influence peers and leaders, as well as ability to establish current relationships quickly
- Collaborative, yet able to operate independently; self-motivated/driven yet able to lead and influence in a matrixed environment
- Provides the function of bridging the understanding and perspective gap between users and technical teams. Uses communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills combined with technical and domain knowledge to identify solutions for business requests
