The Telfer
School of Management is looking to fill this instructor role for the Winter Semester 2027. You will lead discussions on corporate social responsibility while guiding students through practical applications, including community service and entrepreneurship. Your experience in sustainability will be invaluable as you motivate and educate future leaders. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person classes for Leadership, Strategy, and Sustainability
- Lead community service learning initiatives
- Analyze case studies on regenerative business models
- Implement simulations for experiential learning
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or MBA required; PhD preferable
- Proven experience in strategy and sustainability
- Previous teaching experience in sustainable practices
- Flexibility in teaching methods to engage students
- Advocacy for diversity and inclusion in the classroom
