Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Owner Operator with a versatile vehicle such as a minivan or Sprinter van to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own vehicle to transport goods efficiently and safely, ensuring timely deliveries while providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, utilizing your driving skills and warehouse experience to contribute to our fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate your own minivan or Sprinter van to pick up and deliver packages across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo with care, ensuring items are secured properly for transit
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving items as needed, utilizing proper techniques and equipment such as forklifts when applicable
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of your vehicle to ensure safety standards are met before each shift
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups,



and any issues encountered during routes
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure safe transportation at all times

Skills

- Proven experience in commercial driving, especially using minivans or Sprinter vans
- Robust moving skills with the ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and dispatchers
- Warehouse experience is a plus, including familiarity with loading/unloading procedures and equipment like forklifts
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing schedules or route adjustments
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to heavy lifting, moving, and commercial driving
