Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Packaging Machine Operator to join our vibrant coffee manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging machinery to ensure the effective, high-quality packaging of our premium coffee products. Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor various packaging machines, including automated filling, sealing, labeling, and bagging equipment to meet production targets.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of machinery.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the packaging process using calipers, hand tools, and visual inspection techniques to maintain product standards.
- Set up equipment accurately and perform necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to safety protocols, including proper handling of welding equipment and warehouse safety procedures like forklift operation.
- Assist with machine maintenance, minor repairs, and calibration tasks to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members when required for custom packaging solutions or machine modifications.




- Support warehouse operations by managing inventory of packaging materials and ensuring proper storage practices.

Qualifications

- Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery and equipment in a production setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to use hand tools, calipers, and basic math skills for precise measurements and adjustments.
- Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts within a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures in a manufacturing context.
- Experience with welding or assembly work is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging operations within a food or beverage manufacturing environment is advantageous.
