We’re Hiring | Paid Media Specialist

021 Brand Strategy is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team in Toronto.

- Toronto, ON — Hybrid
- Full-time / Part-time
- Compensation based on experience

What you'll do:

- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms.
- Manage advertising accounts, budgets, and ongoing campaign optimization.
- Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA,



CTR and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with design, content, and website teams to optimize Advertising Creatives & Landing page.
- Develop growth strategies based on client objectives and campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with advertising platforms, AI tools, and digital trends.

What we're looking for:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Ability to independently manage advertising accounts and campaigns.
- Experience with Lead Generation, E-commerce, Brand Awareness, or other major advertising objectives.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and related analytics tools.
- Understanding of Landing Pages, Conversion Funnels, and CRO.
- Strong analytical, learning, and collaboration skills.
