Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter, Sprayer, and Stainer to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and stains to various products and components, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet safety and aesthetic standards. Your expertise in handling hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment will contribute to the efficient production of durable, visually appealing products.

Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Mix paints, stains, and coatings accurately according to specifications using basic math skills.
- Operate spray guns, brushes, rollers, and other application tools to apply finishes evenly.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment such as spray systems and paint mixers.




- Follow safety protocols when handling chemicals, power tools.
- Inspect finished work for quality control, ensuring smooth finishes without drips or imperfections.
- Maintain a clean workspace by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly.

Requirements

- Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for mixing paints and measuring surfaces.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to promote efficiency and waste reduction.
- Strong attention to detail.
