You will lead our premium, internal 4.5-man production crew in a fun, low-stress environment with clear, open-door communication.

All You Have to Do:

· Constant Communication: Maintain direct, phone-call-only communication with the owner to ensure every single project runs like clockwork and stays on schedule.

· Manage daily site logistics, safety compliance (WSIB/OHSA), and keep your 4.5-man crew motivated and supported.

· Oversee Jobber geofence tracking and easy crew photo check-offs.

What You Need:

· Elite Product Master: Must possess complete technical proficiency across all interior and exterior painting products, specialized primers, and advanced application systems. You must know how products cure, weather, and perform under varying site conditions.

· Deep painting or multi-trade construction experience with a verified track record of managing crews.

· Must have your own reliable vehicle (Truck/SUV preferred) to transport occasional field sundries.

Exceptional communication skills and an elite professional presentation

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
