We operate with a strict internal crew—everyone is a respected team member working in a supportive, fun environment with an open-door policy. As our Lead Hand, you are our agile team commander. When running 1 or 2-man jobs, you are the technical leader on site. We take care of all the backend logistics and administrative stress so your sole focus is leading by example, hitting the wall, and producing perfect lines.

· Rapid-Track Growth: This role is the direct pipeline to becoming a full Tier 2 Site Supervisor ($30–$42/hr) as we scale our 4.5-man crew model.





All You Have to Do:

· Show up on time, in your company-provided uniform, ready to lead the shift.

· Execute flawless residential or commercial painting and prep alongside a crew hand.

· Lead by example on site—keeping production smooth, clean, and highly professional.

· Ensure Jobber field app check-ins and simple Before/During/After photos are completed seamlessly.

What You Need:

· Deep Coating Expertise: Must be highly proficient in all types of premium painting products, architectural coatings, and application methods for both interior and exterior environments.

· Proven experience as a premium residential or commercial painter.

· Strong leadership traits and a commitment to a positive, calm, and qualified workplace.

· Reliable vehicle to get to local Simcoe County job sites.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 per week
