Our client is seeking a Junior to Intermediate Corporate Paralegal (1 to 5 years) to join its growing transactional practice. The successful candidate will support a wide range of corporate transactions, with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and corporate reorganizations. While candidates with a corporate law background are preferred, the firm is also open to individuals coming from litigation who have a genuine interest in corporate law and a solid willingness to learn. This is an outstanding opportunity to receive hands-on mentorship and develop a sophisticated corporate practice within a team of approximately 7–8 lawyers specializing in Corporate & Commercial Law, Venture Capital, Financing, Tax, and M&A.; Preparing and maintaining corporate records and minute books
- Assisting with incorporations, amalgamations, continuances, dissolutions, and corporate reorganizations
- Assisting with venture capital and private equity financings, including share issuances and related corporate documentation
- Preparing directors' and shareholders' resolutions and other corporate governance documents
- Conducting corporate searches and registrations with provincial and federal authorities;

Experience in corporate law is preferred; candidates with litigation experience and a strong interest in corporate law will also be considered
