This role is perfect for BBQ lovers who enjoy talking grills, sharing recipes, and helping others discover the joy of outdoor cooking.

What You’ll Do

- Greet customers and share your BBQ knowledge and passion
- Assist customers in choosing the right grills, smokers, rubs, and accessories
- Help with store merchandising, stocking, and keeping our shop looking sharp
- Support BBQ classes, demos, and community events
- Be part of a fun, friendly team that loves all things BBQ

What We’re Looking For:
- Retired or semi-retired individuals who want flexible part-time hours
- A genuine passion for BBQ (charcoal, pellet, gas, or all of the above!)
- Friendly, approachable, and great at chatting with people




- Willingness to pitch in where needed – from customer service to helping with events
- No retail experience required – just bring your enthusiasm and love for BBQ, and we’ll teach you the rest
