Chungchun Rice Dogs is looking for energetic and reliable Part time Crew Members to join our team! As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for working both Front of House (FOH) and Kitchen positions as needed. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customers receive excellent service and high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Front of House (FOH)
-Greet customers and provide friendly, productive service
-Take orders, handle cash/card transactions, and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized dining and counter area
- Assist with preparing drinks and packaging orders
- Answer customer questions and provide recommendations
- Cleaning
Kitchen
- Prepare and cook Chungchun’s signature rice dogs to company standards
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Follow recipes, portion control, and quality guidelines
- Keep the kitchen clean and stocked during shifts
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Cleaning
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is an asset but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be available for Afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Food Handler Certification is a plus (can be obtained after hiring)
