Atiya’s Fresh Farm is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Engagement & Marketing Associate to help us build stronger relationships with our customers, grow our WhatsApp customer groups, and increase repeat visits.

Job Summary The successful candidate will work directly with customers in-store to provide excellent customer service, promote store offers, encourage customers to join our WhatsApp promotional groups with proper consent, and develop relationships that encourage customers to return to the store.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Service

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Approach customers and introduce them to current promotions and special offers.

Help customers understand store deals, weekly specials, and loyalty initiatives.

Build strong relationships with regular and new customers.

Listen to customer feedback regarding products, pricing, service, and their shopping experience.

Assist customers with questions and basic concerns.

Communicate customer feedback and suggestions to management.

Maintain a positive and welcoming customer experience.

WhatsApp Customer Growth

Speak with customers and encourage them to voluntarily join our WhatsApp promotional groups with appropriate consent.

Explain the benefits of joining the groups, including receiving weekly promotions, special offers, and store updates.

Help grow our WhatsApp customer database through in-store customer interactions.

Maintain a professional approach when communicating with customers.

- Help ensure customers receive relevant store promotions and updates.

Customer Retention & Sales

Encourage customers to return by informing them about upcoming promotions and special offers.

Build relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty.

Identify opportunities to increase customer visits and spending.





Promote special promotions and loyalty initiatives directly to customers.

Ask customers what products or promotions they would like to see.

Help management identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

- Support in-store promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Performance Goals The successful candidate will be measured on:
