Compensation: $45 - $50 + Performance Bonus of up to 10% of annual salary

Position Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week on 2 days of the week on weekdays); scheduling to be decided with Pharmacy Manager. No late evenings or public holidays.

We are looking for a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist to join our growing team, with potential of transition to Full-Time Staff Pharmacist status.

The Role

Core Responsibilities:

- Accurately review, verify and dispense prescriptions in accordance with Ontario regulations and professional standards
- Counsel patients on medications, adherence, side effects, interactions and appropriate use
- Conduct medication reviews and provide pharmacist-led clinical services within scope of practice, expertise and knowledge, including minor ailments, vaccinations and injections
- Identify and resolve drug therapy problems and communicate with prescribers when necessary
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in a patient's care




- Oversee and support Registered Pharmacy Technicians, pharmacy assistants, and other pharmacy team members
- Maintain accurate patient profiles, documentation and pharmacy records
- Use Kroll and MH Pharmacy's digital tools and workflows to manage prescriptions and patient care
- Maintain compliance with OCP standards, applicable legislation, privacy requirements and pharmacy policies
- Help identify opportunities to improve pharmacy workflows, patient experience and operational efficiency
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-first culture as MH Pharmacy continues to grow

What We're Looking For

- Licensing & Education: Active Part A licensure in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), holding a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPhm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Language Proficiency: Mandatory professional clinical fluency in English as well as Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Clinical & Community Expertise: Proven background in a community pharmacy setting with deep knowledge of Ontario practice standards, sound clinical judgment, and precise attention to detail.
- Communication & Patient Care: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of comfort providing patient counselling and delivering exemplary care in a rapid-paced environment.
- Interprofessional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively alongside physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Technical Aptitude: Adaptable to emerging technology and digital workflows, with prior experience using Kroll being strongly preferred.

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
