Your role includes supervising nursing students and participating in hospital committees to enhance care. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage RN responsibilities for patients with nephrology needs
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary team members




- Utilize computer systems for accurate patient documentation
- Mentor nursing students through preceptorship
- Participate in hospital project teams and committees

Requirements:

- Graduate from a recognized RPN diploma program
- Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- One year experience focusing on nephrology care
