This position at Fosters Jewellery is a part time sales associate working under the sales manager and within the sales team at the store. Responsible for helping customers with their purchases specializing in watches, engagement rings, gold and silver jewellery. The associate will also be responsible for assisting customers with sales transactions and repair in takes. The associate will be trained and educated in all types of jewellery, engagement rings, diamonds and watches.

Responsibilities include

- Assisting customers with purchases and or repairs
- Working with store manager to develop product knowledge and complete sales
- Jewellery & watch sales
- Setting up and taking down the store
- Working as a team with your coworkers to ensure customer care
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store
- Answering phones, sending text messages and emails to customers

- Excellent relationship building skills (with customers and coworkers)
- Excellent verbal and writing communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- A team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Qualifications

- High school diploma, post-secondary education an asset but not required
- Previous work experience an asset

Work Days:
- Must be available Monday through Saturday
- Saturday Shifts are Mandatory but only 5 hours in length

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
