This is a sales-focused customer service position where you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients. You’ll create a welcoming and positive experience while helping clients choose the memberships, tanning services, packages, and products that are right for them.

What You’ll Do

- Greet clients with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming studio workplace
- Promote and sell memberships, tanning packages, minutes, upgrades, and retail products
- Learn and confidently explain our tanning, red light, and other studio services
- Educate clients on products, promotions, tanning options, and proper tanning procedures
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits and memberships
- Check clients in and out and accurately process payments and transactions
- Answer phone calls, respond to client questions, and assist with bookings and general inquiries
- Help clients select the services and equipment that best suit their needs
- Prepare clients for their sessions and ensure they understand studio procedures
- Keep tanning rooms, front desk areas, and common spaces clean and organized
- Clean and sanitize tanning beds and equipment between clients




- Complete laundry and other daily studio cleaning responsibilities
- Follow all studio safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Work independently while being a supportive and positive member of the team
- Work toward individual and studio sales goals and contribute to overall studio success
