About the Opportunity A Vancouver corporate practice is seeking a partner-level lawyer with a strong M&A; background to join its leadership team and continue building the firm's corporate transactional practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex M&A; and corporate transactions from origination to close
- Develop and manage significant client relationships
- Mentor and supervise associates on corporate matters




- Contribute to strategic growth of the corporate practice group
- Represent the firm in the broader business community

Qualifications

- Called to the Bar in British Columbia, in good standing
- 10+ years of experience in corporate/M&A; law
- Demonstrated track record of client origination and portable business
- Robust negotiation and deal-management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a growth-focused practice
