HOT TUB PARTS & SALES TECHNICIAN

SALES + TROUBLESHOOTING + CUSTOMER SERVICE — ALL IN ONE JOB

Hot Tub Wholesale is looking for a motivated, personable and hands-on individual to join our team as a Hot Tub Parts & Sales Technician.

If you enjoy helping people, figuring out problems, learning how things work and don't want a boring desk job, this position could be a great fit.

No hot tub experience? That's okay — we'll train you!

You'll learn about hot tub systems, parts, water care, troubleshooting and products while working directly with customers and our service team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your role will be a mix of sales, customer service, parts and technical support, including:

- Helping customers choose hot tubs, accessories, parts and water-care products
- Identifying replacement parts and determining what customers need
- Assisting customers with basic troubleshooting
- Learning hot tub components, systems and equipment
- Processing parts and product orders
- Receiving, organizing and maintaining inventory
- Answering customer questions in-store and by phone
- Preparing parts and supplies for service technicians
- Assisting with water testing and recommending appropriate water-care products
- Creating quotes and processing sales
- Following up with customers
- Assisting with showroom displays and product merchandising
- Supporting the service and installation team when needed

YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW HOT TUBS Training is provided!

We're looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn, not someone who already knows every pump, filter and control board.

You'll receive hands-on training in:

- Hot tub systems & components




- Parts identification
- Basic troubleshooting
- Water care & testing
- Hot tub accessories
- Product knowledge
- Customer service & sales
- Inventory & parts management

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, plumbing, electrical, mechanical work, automotive, construction or general maintenance is an asset. THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB
