Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories, providing detailed product information and recommendations.
- Manage parts inventory, including order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate records using dealership management systems (POS) and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Process sales transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and cash handling with precision while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with service technicians and sales teams to ensure timely parts delivery for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain organized storage of parts, ensuring easy retrieval and adherence to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages (multilingual/bilingual skills preferred) to enhance customer satisfaction.




- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers or new products to increase retail sales.

Requirements

- Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive repair processes is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and basic math skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Strong communication skills, including negotiation and phone etiquette, to engage confidently with customers and team members.
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles that demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed records of sales activities.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively.
- Knowledge of CMMS software or maintenance procedures is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
