Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their vehicle service or parts needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Provide detailed explanations of repair procedures, parts options, and maintenance recommendations to customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories, upselling where appropriate to enhance their experience and satisfaction
- Schedule service appointments efficiently, ensuring timely communication between customers and the service technicians
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments for parts and services while maintaining proper records
- Collaborate with mechanics to understand repair requirements, leveraging your mechanical knowledge to inform customer recommendations
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns

Skills





- Proven dealership experience or familiarity with automotive sales and service processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or related training
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to effectively upsell products and services while maintaining integrity and customer trust
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales records
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts inventory management, and technical terminology
- Effective communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly and confidently

This position is a shift rotation position, the business is currently open Monday-Friday from 7am-9pm. Shifts consist of 8 hours a day. Rotation is every 3 weeks of Morning Shift to Afternoon shift. Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
