Responsibilities

As the face of our parts department, you will help retail customers and our internal service technicians find the solutions they need. Greet customers and answer phone inquiries, providing expert advice on parts, compatibility, and equipment operation. Use our digital parts catalogs and diagrams to identify the exact replacement part needed for tractors, mowers, and construction equipment. Process orders, purchase orders, and requisitions.

You will also assist with shipping, receiving, and organizing inventory to keep the department running smoothly. Continually learn about new Kubota equipment and mechanical systems.

We are an authorized dealer for: Kubota (Tractors, Excavators, Loaders, Mowers, and Utility Vehicles)



STIHL (Chainsaws, Trimmers, Blowers, and Power Equipment) Toro (Mowers, Snow Blowers, and Yard Tools) Requirements: You don't need a degree, but you need to understand how things fit together. You are comfortable using computers.

You will be using inventory management systems daily (experience with these systems is a plus, but not required). This is an active role. You must be able to lift up to 50-70 lbs (heavy parts) and keep the stockroom organized. Prior experience as a Parts Person, Parts Advisor, or in an automotive/industrial environment is preferred OR a strong demonstration of mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
