About The Role
We are seeking an organized, proactive Circulation Coordinator to join our Circulation Department, Peace Arch News and Chilliwack Progress. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent environment, excels at operational logistics, and leads teams effectively to ensure consistent, reliable delivery to our readers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and supervise 200 youth carriers.
- Provide day-to-day oversight and logistics support for Field Representatives and Drivers.
- Manage data entry, complaint tracking, and prompt resolution of reader issues.
- Maintain and exceed readership targets through efficient local distribution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Completion of a vulnerable sector criminal record check.
Compensation & Perks
- $18.51/hour plus benefits
