Your work will include patient care, community outreach, and participating in quality improvement projects. With a focus on comprehensive healthcare delivery, you will have a significant impact on diverse populations. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary medical care and act on urgent lab results
- Foster collaboration with nursing and healthcare teams
- Implement and evaluate community health initiatives
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions
- Contribute to inter-qualified research initiatives
Requirements:
- Medical degree and valid Ontario medical license
- Membership in the College of Family Physicians of Canada
- Experience working with vulnerable populations is preferred
- Strong clinical acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Second language skills are advantageous in community outreach
