The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) Program supports adults across Ontario experiencing depression, anxiety, and related mental health concerns. OSP provides evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE), to help individuals build practical skills, achieve meaningful goals, and support recovery.

The Program Lead is a key member of the OSP team, responsible for supporting effective program operations, service improvement, data quality, and implementation of initiatives that enhance client care. This role works closely with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to improve service delivery, support program priorities, monitor performance, and ensure data is used effectively to inform decision-making.

The Program Lead plays an important role in leading projects, supporting service and process improvements, and helping the program achieve goals related to access, client experience, clinical outcomes, and overall program performance.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Operations & Service Delivery Improvement

- Review current processes and identify opportunities to improve client flow, service delivery, and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with teams to develop consistent workflows, tools, and practices across OSP services.
- Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives aligned with OSP priorities and service goals.
- Use data and feedback to identify service gaps, monitor performance, and support improvements in care delivery.
- Support the development and maintenance of dashboards, audit tools, and reporting processes.
- Work with teams to improve access to care, service capacity, and clinician utilization.
- Engage clients, staff, community partners, and people with lived and living experience in the development and refinement of services and processes.
- Support pilot projects, new tools, and care pathways, and evaluate outcomes to inform future implementation.
- Assist teams in implementing workplans, monitoring progress, and addressing barriers to achieving program goals.

Data Quality & Performance Monitoring

- Promote accurate, complete, and consistent data collection and documentation practices.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with teams to strengthen data processes and reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that support program oversight and performance monitoring.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provincial targets, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.




- Present data and findings in a clear and meaningful way to support decision-making.
- Work with Data & Analytics and other internal partners to enhance reporting and performance measurement capabilities.

Program Implementation & Service Improvement

- Support the implementation of new initiatives, service delivery models, and clinical pathways.
- Coordinate operational planning for new initiatives, including workflows, communication, and implementation activities.
- Work with clinical and administrative teams to integrate new processes into day-to-day operations.
- Monitor implementation progress and address issues to support successful adoption.
- Ensure initiatives are practical, sustainable, and aligned with program objectives.
- Support the transition of projects into routine operations through documentation, training, and process integration.
- Contribute to ongoing service improvements based on program needs, outcomes, and feedback from clients, staff, and partners.

Collaboration & Capacity Building

- Serve as a resource for teams on program processes, data interpretation, and service improvement initiatives.
- Partner with clinical, administrative, leadership teams, and community partners to support program operations and strategic priorities.
- Engage staff in identifying challenges and developing practical, team-driven solutions to improve service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support related to workflows, documentation practices, and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate meetings, working groups, and discussions related to program development and improvement.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams, sites, and partner organizations.
- Work closely with internal partners, including Data & Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, and other departments.
- Support clear and consistent communication regarding initiatives, changes, and program updates.
- Promote meaningful engagement and co-design with clients, staff, community partners, and people with lived and living experience throughout planning, implementation, and evaluation activities.

Quality & Service Excellence

- Support a culture of learning, collaboration,



and ongoing service improvement.
- Encourage teams to identify opportunities to strengthen service delivery and client experience.
- Use data, feedback, and outcomes to inform decisions and program enhancements.
- Promote transparency in program performance, including sharing successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Support accountability, consistency, and sustainability in program processes and practices.

- Responsible to recognize and report patient, staff, and workplace safety issues, identify and implement preventative and corrective actions, within the scope of this role.
- Implements and models the Recovery philosophy in all aspects of care as a Recovery champion

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. (Master's degree preferred.)
- Experience in healthcare operations, service improvement, program coordination, or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, implementation, and supporting organizational change initiatives.
- Experience working in a mental health, community-based, or health care environment is strongly preferred.

KNOWLEDGE:

- Knowledge of the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program and stepped care models is an asset.

SKILLS:

- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and electronic medical record systems.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 3-5 years of recent and related experience
