Pharmacy Manager – Full-Time (Versatile 4 or 5-Day Workweek)

Location: Pitt Meadows, BC

Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Sat (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM rotation) | Closed Sundays & Holidays

Compensation: $55.00 / hour + Heavy Revenue-Share Bonus (Uncapped Earning Potential) + Benefits & Dues

We are looking for a highly motivated Pharmacy Manager who wants to practice to full scope and be financially rewarded for it through a lucrative clinical revenue-sharing model.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispensary Leadership: Oversee daily pharmacy operations, workflow management, and inventory control using Kroll.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous professional standards in full compliance with BC College of Pharmacists regulations.
- Full-Scope Clinical Services: Conduct minor ailment prescribing, administer injections/vaccines, perform medication reviews, and execute prescription adaptations to drive both patient outcomes and clinic revenue.
- Physician & Patient Collaboration: Provide expert counseling and work closely with clinic physicians and healthcare providers to optimize care plans.
- Team Mentorship: Supervise, train, and support pharmacy assistants and dispensary staff to foster a positive, efficient workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BScPharm)



or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- Valid Injection Authorization (required).
- 2+ years of community pharmacy experience (previous management or assistant management experience is an asset, but motivated senior pharmacists ready to step into leadership are welcome).
- Proficiency with Kroll Pharmacy Management System.
- Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills with a drive to grow clinical services.

Compensation & Total Rewards

- Base Wage: $55.00 per hour
- Lucrative Revenue-Share Model: Heavy performance-based bonuses tied directly to clinical service volume (MACS, medication reviews, injections, and adaptations). High-performing clinical pharmacists can significantly exceed standard market hourly rates.
- Professional Support: Annual BC College of Pharmacists licensing fee & liability insurance coverage.
