Responsibilities

- Customer Service
- Assist pharmacist with preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently with realistic customer expectations
- Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing prescriptions
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves, checking expiration dates, and placing orders for supplies
- Maintain accurate records of medication transactions, prescriptions,



and inventory logs
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management and prescription processing
- Ensure customers requiring counseling are referred to the Pharmacist
- Refer to the pharmacist all clinical inquiries
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy requirements
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience as a pharmacy assistant/technician or similar role is prefer
