In this vital role, you will support pharmacy operations and retail customer service, ensuring smooth daily functions while providing exceptional assistance to patients and customers alike. Duties

- Assist licensed pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and inventory management to ensure accuracy and safety.
- Greet customers warmly, answer phone calls, emails or customer inquires in a professional manner. Run the cash register for prescription and front-shop retail purchases.
- Support patient care activities by helping with medication administration procedures under supervision, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain explicit communication with patients regarding prescriptions, medication instructions, and health advice in a compassionate manner.
- Keep accurate records of medication stock levels, expiration dates, and supply orders to ensure availability and compliance with regulations.
- Restock front-shop shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean,



organized counter and sales floor
- Utilize medical terminology effectively when documenting prescriptions and patient interactions to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols related to medication handling, patient privacy (HIPAA compliance), and pharmacy operations.

Requirements

- Previous retail or pharmacy assistant experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent patient care with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Good communication, basic computer skills, and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage inventory, documentation, and customer interactions simultaneously.
- Experience creating basic social content, and understanding what makes a post engaging.
