Wellcare Physiotherapy & Rehab is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Physiotherapy Assistant / Front Desk Assistant to join our growing clinic team. This role involves supporting the physiotherapist with day-to-day clinic operations while also helping create a welcoming and qualified experience for patients.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and enjoys helping people throughout their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Schedule appointments and answer phone/email inquiries
- Support physiotherapist with preparing treatment rooms and equipment
- Assist patients during basic exercises and therapeutic activities as directed by the physiotherapist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment and reception areas
- Monitor and restock clinic supplies when needed
- Maintain accurate patient information and clinic documentation




- Provide excellent customer service and help ensure a positive patient experience

Requirements
- Previous experience in a physiotherapy clinic, medical office is an asset
- Knowledge of medical terminology and rehabilitation settings is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software (Jane App)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in Punjabi and or Hindi is an asset due to diverse patient population we serve

Position Details
- Approximately 8 hours per day for the following days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday)
