About Drizzl

Drizzl is a growing food and dessert business located inside Parkland Mall. We are expanding our menu and introducing fresh, made-in-store pizza.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pizza Maker / Food Prep Team Member who can help us consistently produce great-quality pizzas while keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service.

What You'll Do

As our Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing pizza dough according to Drizzl recipes
- Portioning and shaping dough
- Preparing pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, and other toppings
- Stretching and assembling pizzas
- Operating our commercial convection oven safely
- Following recipes and portion sizes consistently
- Preparing ingredients before service
- Keeping ingredients properly stored, labelled, and rotated
- Monitoring ingredient inventory and notifying management when supplies are running low
- Maintaining a clean and organized food-preparation area
- Cleaning equipment, utensils, trays, counters, and work areas
- Following Alberta food-safety and sanitation standards
- Helping improve our pizza preparation process as we grow

Previous pizza-making, restaurant, bakery, or commercial kitchen experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate:

- Has at least 1 year of pizza-making experience
- Can work independently
- Understands pizza dough preparation and handling
- Is reliable and punctual
- Works quickly without sacrificing quality
- Keeps a clean and organized workstation
- Can follow recipes and portion standards exactly
- Takes responsibility for their work
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced food-service environment
- Is available for evenings and/or weekends when required

What Matters Most to Us We aren't looking for someone who simply wants to complete a shift.

We want someone who takes pride in making every pizza properly, keeps their station clean, notices problems before they become bigger problems, and helps us build a pizza product that customers want to come back for.

Schedule

Part-time hours with shifts based on store needs and pizza demand.

Availability during evenings and weekends is an asset.
